1. Agreement

By downloading or using the NOPE app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

2. What NOPE is — and isn’t

NOPE is a self-improvement app that helps you reduce or quit fast food through reminders, location alerts (the Radar), tracking, an AI coach, and a community. NOPE is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For any health concern, talk to a qualified professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the App.

4. Accounts and anonymous use

The community is anonymous and does not require an email or password. You are responsible for your activity in the App and for keeping your device secure.

5. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

NOPE offers a 3-day free trial, then an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or annual). Current prices are shown in the App Store and vary by region.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, and Apple’s standard EULA applies to your use of the App.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the App or the community: no harassment, hate, spam, illegal content, or attempts to break, overload, or abuse the service.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting in the community, you grant NOPE a non-exclusive license to display your content within the App in order to operate the community.

8. Intellectual property

The App and its design, logo, and content (other than your content) belong to Nicolás Alberdi and are protected by law.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific results (such as quitting fast food), uninterrupted service, or that Radar and location alerts will always be accurate or timely. Never rely on the App in a way that risks your safety — for example, do not interact with the App while driving.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOPE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If you keep using the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
